IEC 61406 identification link
IEC 61406 defines the structured identification link that connects a physical product to its digital passport via a QR code.
Junction uses the IEC 61406-2 structured identification link. The QR resolves to `https://{brand-dpp-host}/?30P={modelId}&jcode={serialHex}`, where 30P is the product model code and jcode is the item serial. The older GS1 GTIN-based Digital Link is deprecated in favor of IEC 61406.
